Vinification: The Hungarian Juhfark grape has grown on the mineral rich volcanic basalt slopes of the Somló Hill. After assorting and gentle whole bunch pressing, most of the wine is elaborated in stainless steel tanks. The rest is fermented in 500-2500 litre wooden casks followed by eight months of ageing.
