Style
Well-structured red wines, with medium to fuller body, medium to high tannin and vivid acidity, the alcohol is generally on a medium to high level, the flavor intensity is medium. Elegant, complex wines, the flavors are a mixture of red and black berry fruits, black & rose pepper, combine with earthy (forest floor) character and oaky notes (depending on the classification level). The aging potential depends on the classification level, is between 2-10 years.

Classicus
- Bull’s Blood from Eger must consist of a mixture of at least four different grape varieties, none of which may account for less than 5%
- Kékfrankos must be the dominant grape variety in the blend – its proportion must be between 30-65%.
- The proportion of Turán and Bíborka varieties in the blend should not exceed 10%.
- Necessary ageing requirement, minimum 6 months in oak
Superior
- Bull’s Blood from Eger must consist of a mixture of at least four different grape varieties, none of which may account for less than 5%
- Kékfrankos must be the dominant grape variety in the blend – its proportion must be between 30-65%.
- Turán must not exceed 10% of the blend.
- Necessary ageing requirement, minimum 12 months in oak
Grand Superior
- Bull’s Blood from Eger must consist of a mixture of at least four different grape varieties, none of which may account for less than 5%
- Kékfrankos must be the dominant grape variety in the blend – its proportion must be between 30-65%.
- Turán must not exceed 10% of the blend.
- Necessary ageing requirement, minimum 12 months in oak
- Only single sight selected vines.
