Crispy and elegant, a true rosé by nature. The liveliness of strawberry and lime is reminiscent in the intensive bouquet and taste. The freshness and vividness are supported by the powerful acidity, asking for another sip each time. On the label: one of the characters from the ancient Villány legend, the saviour Cock shouting out that the sun has risen.

Vineyard: Városhegy, Mandolás and Dobogó vineyards
Vinification: The grapes harvested from the vineyards designated for the rosé are pressed without fermentation with the grape skins. Fermentation and maturation are performed in cooled tanks (at 16 and 20°C) to preserve the natural carbon dioxide in the wine, providing a finer and more pleasant sensation of acidity than artificially added CO₂. Varieties are finally blended before bottling.
